This unique position is responsible for processing and placing all incoming materials on our store floor. This is a very important process for our retail stores. It is also a great opportunity to learn the mechanics behind the scenes in retail.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: |
REQUIRED: Any combination of education and experience that provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to do the job. PREFERRED: N/A. |

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: |
Requires standing and walking and occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, bending, and reaching with hands and arms. Requires frequent lifting and moving of light items, up to 10 pounds, and occasional lifting and moving of items up to 25 pounds. May be required to stand for entire shift. |

Requires energetic, team-oriented individual with a positive can-do attitude and an ability to understand, accept and work with people who have disabilities and/or other barriers to employment. |

Mix of donation, production, and retail environments. Usually fast-paced. |

Must have excellent interpersonal skills and values that reflect the organizations mission and values. Maintain professional standards of performance, demeanor, and appearance at all times. Must be 16 years of age or older. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, extended hours and holidays. Must pass a background check. |
