Position Summary: Our store retail associates help maintain an appealing sales floor and provide world-class customer service to shoppers on the sales floor and at the register. You'll need to learn about our mission and programs, enjoy talking to and helping people, and love seeing shoppers find great deals! This is an excellent entry-level role at a Goodwill store and is eligible for incentive pay based on both the store's and your performance.

Position Duties:

1. Provide world-class customer service to shoppers on the sales floor and at the register.
2. Process sales at the register.
3. Maintain an organized and clean sales floor.
4. Stock sales floor with processed clothing, housewares, electronics, shoes, and accessories in accordance with established guidelines.
5. Remove items from the sales floor at the conclusion of their rotation cycle.
6. Other duties, as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:	Requires standing and walking and occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, bending, and reaching with hands and arms. Requires frequent lifting and moving of light items, up to 10 pounds, and occasional lifting and moving of items up to 25 pounds. May be required to stand for entire shift.
MENTAL DEMANDS:	Requires energetic, team-oriented individual with a positive can-do attitude and an ability to understand, accept and work with people who have disabilities and/or other barriers to employment.

WORKING CONDITIONS:	Mix of production and retail environments. Usually fast-paced.
