EHM Senior solutions is excited to welcome Home Health Aides for all shifts working for our expanding Private Duty Team! We offer flexible scheduling and a great working environment!
Job duties are, but not limited to:
- Encourage client in self-help.
- Supervise and assist the client with activities of daily living.
- Turn and position clients.
- Assist with ambulation.
- Assist with range of motion exercises.
- Assist with bathing, complete or partial, bath or shower as directed.
- Measure and record intake and output.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with the residents you serve
- Assist with personal care and daily activities in client homes.
- Provide residents with medication reminders.
- Bring a positive, uplifting attitude to every visit.
