Work Flexibility: Onsite

Shift: Mon – Thurs, 5:00am – 3:30pm, OT Required

What You Will Do:

As an Assembler I, you will play a key role in building hospital bed systems and mattress lines within the ProCuity value stream. You will work on a fast-paced production line, performing assigned assembly tasks while maintaining quality, safety, and production expectations.

  • Assemble mechanical and electrical components as part of hospital bed and mattress production lines
  • Perform assigned tasks along a structured, multi-station assembly line with over 40 trained workstations
  • Follow detailed work instructions, test procedures, and documentation requirements to ensure product quality
  • Meet production schedules, build rates, and cycle time expectations in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and test equipment to complete assembly work
  • Record and track production data using manufacturing systems (e.g., electronic or paper-based device history records)
  • Perform set-up, work preparation, cleanup, and quality checks within your assigned work area
  • Collaborate closely with team members to support line balance, cross-training, and overall production goals

What You Need:

Preferred:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
  • Ability to work assigned schedule and overtime as needed (including “as-needed” Friday shifts)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently follow standard work
  • Ability to work in a high-density, team-oriented environment with limited personal space

Physical Requirements:

  • Perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment
  • Frequently lift/carry 10–50 lbs., occasionally up to 75 lbs.
  • Stand for extended periods and move throughout a long production line
  • Work in close proximity to other team members across multiple stations
  • Use required PPE and follow all safety and quality standards

$20.25/hr plus bonus potential and benefits.
