Assignment Information and Qualifications

  • Up to 29 Hours/Week (Monday - Friday when instruction is in session)
  • $15.50/Hour - starting wage is based on the current Midland Federation of Paraprofessionals Master Bargaining Agreement and 2025-2026 Wage Schedule
  • Start date - to be determined

Qualifications and Education

  • REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent
  • REQUIRED: Highly Qualified (HQ) Status
    • Completed minimum of 60 college credits -or-
    • Hold an Associate's Degree or higher -or-
    • ETS ParaPro Assessment Qualifying score of 460 . The ETS ParaPro Assessment is a general aptitude test used to assess the skills and knowledge of prospective and practicing paraprofessionals in areas like reading, writing, and math, according to ETS.

Essential Functions
The job is not limited to any or all of the following skills, duties and responsibilities:

  • Front office support with clerical dutues
  • Basic understanding of technology
  • Organizational skills
  • Dependable attendance
  • Ability to work professionally with staff, students, parents and other providers
  • Ability to provide positive guidance to students in a manner that communicates dignity and respect
  • Some lifting may be required
  • CPR/First Aid training preferred
