Assembly Supervisor – 1st Shift | Direct Hire

1st Shift - 7 am - 3:30 pm
up to $85k plus benefits, PTO

The Adecco Permanent Recruitment team is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Assembly Supervisor to lead a team focused on precision hot runner system assembly. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-quality, technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations of the assembly team, assigning tasks and ensuring production goals are met

  • Interpret engineering drawings, wiring schematics, and CAD files to guide assembly

  • Oversee setup, assembly, wiring, and testing of hot runner systems

  • Serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting assembly and functionality issues

  • Verify completed assemblies using precision measuring tools

  • Train and mentor team members on best practices, safety, and quality standards

  • Ensure compliance with ISO/QS 9000 and internal quality systems

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and cost reduction

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of manufacturing experience, including hot runner assembly exposure

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and CAD models

  • Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)

  • Knowledge of electrical wiring and assembly processes

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and support a hands-on environment

Preferred:

  • Experience with ERP systems and production tracking

  • Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma exposure

  • Familiarity with ISO/QS 9000 standards

  • Technical certification or associate degree



Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
