The position provides support and training for color, thickness, formulation issues and works with the operators and set-ups to assist with material issues and quality concerns. This position also supports issues/trials/training associated with tooling, X-tore color units, inline inspection systems/cameras, all new process-related equipment as well as manages daily Factory Plus manufacturing reports and Quality Data Management System (QDMS), SAP and Color Change Automation (CCA). Problem solving and troubleshooting is done through logical, systematic and data driven approaches. Troubleshoot and support extrusion process and assist in resolving line problems.
