Job Description

We’re seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our team in a Grain & Agronomy Operations role. This hands-on position supports daily operations across grain handling, agronomy services, and general facility maintenance. Room to advance your career!!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with loading/unloading grain and agronomy products

  • Operate and maintain equipment such as augers, conveyors, and loaders

  • Perform general facility and equipment maintenance

  • Support custom application crews during busy seasons

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Help with inventory and record keeping as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in grain or agronomy operations preferred

  • CDL or ability to obtain one is a plus

  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically active role

  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
