First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00 am to 02:00 pm)Perform MIG welding on new products using production fixtures and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols accurately. Maintain production documentation including part counts and quality sign-offs. Operate fabrication tools such as grinders, saws, and sanders. Meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Keep a clean and safe work area and follow all safety procedures. Welder/ Fabricator Qualifications:Proven MIG welding experience (required)Blueprint reading and fabrication experience. Experience using grinders, saws, and sanders. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to workplace safety.
