Full Time work available. First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm)Customer Service & Order Support - Assist walk-in customers at the warehouse with product selection and order assembly - Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with order questions - Communicate with customers via ecommerce platforms (primarily Amazon) regarding order issues, delays, or corrections - Provide clear, professional, and solution-focused customer service at all times - Process, pack, and ship online orders accurately and within daily time requirements - Using the computer throughout the day to assist in order fulfillment - Print shipping labels, schedule shipments, and update order statuses - Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure accurate, on time fulfillment across all platforms. Warehouse & Inventory Support - Pull orders for both ecommerce shipments and on road sales representatives - Assist with routine inventory management and product organization - Support general warehouse operations and day-to-day tasks as needed.
