Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Identify and address potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing their concerns.
  • Lead a team of project professionals, including project engineers and coordinators.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation within the project team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in commercial construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
