- Support injection molding and secondary operations
- Perform visual inspections of molded and secondary-processed parts
- Trim and clean molded parts to meet quality standards
- Operate pad printing, heat staking, and inserting equipment
- Assemble components into finished products
- Count and package parts accurately
- Complete required quality documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Notify supervisor of any non-conforming products
- High school diploma or GED
- Three or more months of experience in plastic injection molding preferred
- Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
