Territory Sales Representative &- Specialty Agricultural Solution

An innovative company in the biological ag input space is seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to expand market presence across commercial agriculture and specialty crop production.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and grow relationships with commercial growers, greenhouse operators, distributors, and channel partners throughout the assigned territory
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration within agricultural and horticultural markets
  • Educate customers on biological crop input solutions designed to improve soil performance, plant health, and overall productivity
  • Provide consultative recommendations based on customer needs, crop goals, and operational challenges
  • Conduct product demonstrations, field visits, and presentations to support adoption and long-term customer success
  • Collaborate with internal leadership to execute territory growth strategies and sales initiatives
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for expansion

  • Sales experience within agriculture, crop inputs, agronomy, specialty crops, greenhouse, horticulture, or related markets
  • Strong understanding of crop production practices and grower decision-making processes

  • Proven track record of territory development and business growth
