The StellantisIndustrial SystemsPowertrain Leadwill work closely with thePowertrain Shop Directorto develop andimplementSISStandards, coordinate priority ofSISin daily activities of theplants andmonitorallDivisionalKPI progress regularly. Responsible for coordinating and performing internal reviews, external audits, and internal audits. Support theDivisionin the creation and implementation of best practices. Work closely withthePowertrain Plantsto developimplementation plansandprovide coaching towards meetingobjectives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturingmethodologyand implementation or continuous improvement systems
- Ability to work any shift and overtime asrequired
- Ability to travel within North America to support NA Region: US/CAN/MEX
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability tointerface withvarious levels of employees within all areas of the Plant from hourly represented employees to Senior Leadership asrequired
- Ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to coach / mentor / develop team members
- Goal oriented self-starter with ability to lead team
- Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite Applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree preferred
- Previousexperience working in a union environment
- Production/Quality/Industrial Engineering supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
